Types of sleep positions:
- Side sleepers → best
- Back sleepers → second-best
- Stomach sleepers → worst

- Neutral neck position → head is not so high nor so low
- Neutral torso position → not so sunk into the mattress
- Neutral hip position → use support pillow (for back & side sleepers)
